The company is headquartered at No. 158, Lane 1888, Daye Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai, China. It has a 12,000-square-meter modern manufacturing plant and a more than 4,000-square-meter R&D and office complex. The Group also owns three production bases in Shanxi, Hebei, Fujian.
With strong technical strength and complete facilities, the Group has 326 employees, including 28 professional and technical personnel with senior and intermediate titles. It has automated production lines, complete testing equipment and scientific management systems.

The shell wall thickness meets and exceeds the requirements of national GB, American ANSI, etc.
The chemical and mechanical properties of the main body material meet the requirements of national designated standards (keep the material test report, provide test rods and mechanical performance report).
The chemical composition of the wire rod material meets the requirements of national regulations, the surface finish meets the national standards, and is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding or surface treatment.
The tolerance dimensions comply with the requirements of national GB1800-1804 standards, and the components are interchangeable.
Each of the four pressure-bearing parts undergoes non-destructive testing. Ensure compliance with inspection standards.
The seat ring structure adopts a separate threaded valve seat and a separate tapered valve seat. The upper seal adopts a separate threaded valve seat.
The sealing surface is overlaid with plasma-transferred arc (PTA) welding, achieving hardness meeting the national standard.
Before final assembly, the valve cavity is cleaned by high-pressure spray with kerosene and anti-rust oil.
If the company fails to deliver on time for special reasons, a penalty of 5% of the total contract order amount will be levied.
Within 18 months after the customer takes delivery, if the valve fails the sealing pressure test due to product manufacturing quality issues, the company guarantees a replacement or refund and covers the shipping costs.
